Responsibilities Lead and manage technical projects in the manufacturing industry, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and streamline processes. Conduct assessments to evaluate the technical capabilities of team members and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in technical management within the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of automotive technologies and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
