Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for facility industry roles (blue and white collars)
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination.
• Support employee relations, address workplace issues, and guide policy adherence.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and manage HR reporting (turnover, performance metrics).
• Assist with performance reviews, career development, and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Recruitment experience
• Person who is interested in HR trends and wants to grow together with us
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail, organized and structured person
• Romanian is a must, advanced knowledge of English (regular communication with colleagues in the headquarter),
• Solid knowledge of MS tools (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR systems and register REVISAL is an advantage
