Responsibilities:

• Preparing and ensuring compliance with annual and semi-annual financial statements;
• Preparing and verifying the non-financial statement and integrating the taxonomy part;
• Preparing, verifying, and submitting the documentation required for CbC reporting;
• Providing support in the implementation, operation, and reconciliation of SAF-T, E-invoice, E-VAT, and any other implementations the company needs to undertake to meet its tax obligations;
• Supporting the analysis of cases with tax impact, monitoring domestic and European legislation, and analyzing the impact of legislative changes; assisting with the implementation of tax changes in accordance with legislation;
• Analyzing the company’s transactions from a tax perspective, proposing improvements regarding various treatments, and developing procedures to minimize tax risks;
• Reviewing contracts from a tax perspective;
• Providing support during RAS/IFRS audit missions;
• Assisting in relations with tax authorities during tax audits;
