Job Description


A Concept Engineer is part of the early phases of product development. They define product architecture, evaluate technical feasibility and act as a link between customer requirements and the hardware/software design and verification teams. Their work ensures that the final product aligns with technical, market and business needs.





As a student in our Summer Practice program, you would have the opportunity to work on IC development at architectural level by providing model-based proof of concept & feasibility studies on various blocks (e.g. Filters, signal paths, AD/DA converter, DSPs etc.) and mitigating measurement errors.







In this role, you will learn how to:

• 
  
  
• Develop for various types of blocks used in sensors such as magnetic, pressure, among otherssimulation models
  
  
• the models to validate the behavior and specificationsVerify
  
  
• to fulfill the overall product requirementsGenerate specifications
  
  
• Create to scriptsand analyze and interpret simulation lab measurement results
  
  
• Develop models for compensation and calibration concepts
  
  

Your Profile


You have a structured and proactive working style, with good analytical skills and a high level of initiative. You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit, eager to excel and learn in an international company.









You are best equipped for this role if you:

• 
  
  
• Are , or a similar fieldin the third year of studies in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science
  
  
• Have with at least onebasic knowledge programming or knowledge of language engineering simulation (e.g. MATLAB, Simulink, SPICE)tools
  
  
• Have knowledge of fundamentalanalog and digital circuits
  
  
• Have knowledge of fundamentalsystem and signal processing
  
  
• Have a and structured analytical workingattitude
  
  
• Are able to explain a technical topic to a non-technical person
  
  
• Have an independent working style as well as enjoy collaboration
  
  
• Have a good command of, both spoken and writtenEnglish
