Our responsibilities include Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms in these regions. We are looking for a Travel Team Supervisor to ensure performance and supervise the crews of Travel Technicians (who travel % of the time to various sites in the NCE region) in compliance with Vestas safety standards and processes. As a Supervisor, you will have to ensure that your team is qualified and possesses relevant and valid certifications and trainings. Responsibilities Oversee and supervise a remote group of employees, comprising Lead Technicians and Service Technicians Delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service quality, safety standards, and performance ensured People skills development, skills, and training actions are managed including safety related. Responsible for Recruitment & Building capacity Compliance with Vestas standards across the dedicated site and processes and procedures also ensures obeying regional laws and regulations Ensure task completion in compliance with procedures, department guidelines and Vestas Standards Continuous improvements, efficiency, and quality Identify & improve.
