Supply Chain Professional

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of demands and issuing of purchase orders;
• Verifying and entering order confirmations;
• Tracking of deliveries (dunning if necessary);
• Ensuring order processing up to invoicing;
• Adjustment of purchase orders upon necessity;
• Clarification of emerging commercial and technical issues;
• Booking of goods receipt and clarification of differences;
• Troubleshooting regarding invoice deviations and final approval;
• Cooperation with suppliers and maintaining a good relationship with them;
• Handling of official quality claims;
• Managing purchase orders for merchandised goods for the internal customer and his satellite warehouses at European and Asian suppliers;
• Base material stock check at converters;
• Carry out annual inventories at converters;
• Managing the delivery notes for base material transfer;
• Coordinating triangular shipments;
• Managing stock transfer orders and demands for external warehouses;
• Cooperation with external storage service providers and transporters;
• Troubleshooting for delivery and quality deviations and solution finding, together with product managers and other peers;
• Managing long-term supplier declarations;
• Support in the onboarding of new joiners and ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Management policies;
• Proposing process improvement measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Economics or similar;
• Experience in a similar position / BPO or manufacturing industry;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management processes;
• Experience with tools such as SAP and / or SRM systems represents an advantage;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Independent and responsible way of working;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Fact-driven and innovative mindset;
• Team spirit;
• High ambition and customer orientation in the B2B area.
