Working with supply partners across Europe, Asia, MEA and South America. As part of this team, you will gain international experience in a high growth area of Zentiva’s business, working with a vast set of pharmaceutical manufacturers and formulations and will be part of the Industrial community consisting of internal manufacturing sites and global functions.MISSION STATEMENTThe Supply Chain Reporting Specialist mission is to maintain of various BI reports, analysis, data models and analytical tools to provide data analytical support to Supply Chain Organization.The Supply Chain Reporting Specialist is working closely with various functions inside ESO and Zentiva Global Functions.Responsibilities:Define and deliver metrics and dashboards for tracking and managing the supply chain performanceCollect, consolidate and report & analyze the supply chain large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insightsOriented to identify improvement areas to develop mitigation actionsSupport creation of appropriate reporting with the company tools BW, Power BIResponsible for gathering and cleaning of data sets across multiple data sourcesResponsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization’s data systemDevelop tools that support existing and/or new processesAnalyze system deficiencies and recommend changes for improved performanceSkills and Attributes:Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, SAPWorking with both structured and unstructured databasesUnderstand the relationship between process and systemAction oriented to correct systems deficiencies and results, ability to drive new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.Ability to clearly communicate with key business partners is essentialDemonstrates collaboration, hands-on approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed companyJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalentSQL and Statistical ProgrammingGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)Proven experience of working with PowerBIExperience with applying machine learning techniques to classification, clustering & prediction problemsFluent in English.Diversity is a fact.
