You’ll report to Anca, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates. Support entire engineering team from the documentation perspective according to the rules defined in the Project Management Plan. If you are a young graduate engineer or terminal years student following a technical specialization, you can join our dynamic and young Engineering team. We'll look you to support in preparing and delivering Project documentation to the Client. For this you need to have a general understanding of procedures and company policies in order to achieve set results and deadlines. The responsibilities include, but not limited to: Printing and filing hard-copy documentation (Printing AutoCAD / pdf drawings)            Preparing soft copy documentation (scanning drawings, writing CDs to be submitted to local Railway authorities) Responsible for the accurate processing of documentation submittals to ensure on time delivery Organize project records/documents to allow ease of access for the engineering team and other project members (SharePoint and Electronic Documentation Management System ) Managing archiving process Collecting from Client’s premises the approved documentation and process it as per documentation management rules Performing a variety of tasks in support of the engineering staff We will not stop here.
