About the Role:
As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources.
- Updating customer data and producing activity reports.
- Walking customers through problem-solving processes.
Salary for this role is based on language proficiency, with differentiated rates for candidates fluent in English, French, and Italian at a minimum B2 or C1 level. Each language level is valued according to the specific expertise and demand associated with supporting our diverse customer base. Our compensation package is designed to recognize the unique contributions that multilingual skills bring to our support team.
