The company offers one year ofcovered accommodation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Operate security devices, systems and monitor devices;* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of and proficiency in the operation of videomonitor console equipment and camera locations;* Execute physical inspection of the premises and report violations/incidents;* Conduct routine online surveillance checks by reviewing existing CCTV footage andparticipating in team briefs to assess unusual, suspicious, or illegal activity;* Operate different software tools and platforms such as gaming software, surveillancesoftware, video streaming software, and communication software in an effective andefficient manner to gather information for the protection of company assets;* Ensure that online gaming activities are conducted in compliance with state laws andregulations by monitoring Staff and online Players to identify anyone who might becheating or engaging in other forms of illegal activity;* Maintain security by monitoring online gaming BO transactions and interactions toidentify potential threats to customers or staff members.Requirements:* Surveillance or QA/QC experience;* Ability to work hours to suit the business needs - 8-hour shifts, including weekends;* Gaming experience online or land base plus point;* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 service suite;* Excellent verbal and written communication in English language and Bulgarian language;* Another language is a plus.Our client offers:* Attractive salary;* Relocation assistance;* 1 year of accommodation;* High monthly bonus;* Private health and medical insurance;* Full-time employment and paid annual leave days;* Transportation and travel allowance;* Opportunity to work in an international network.If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
