You support our team as

Sustainability & Process Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage CSR related requirements and documentation, while assisting Corporate Functions in completing questionnaires to obtain CSR ratings;
• Analyze CSR requirements for filling out CSR rating questionnaires and support in gap analyses;
• Support Corporate Functions with the aggregation and creation of CSR documentation;
• Support the preparation of the annual sustainability report;
• Establish and maintain a database for the documentation/evidence required to answer CSR related questionnaires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, natural science or IT field;
• Good understanding of CSR & GRI norms and requirements in SCM, HR, HSE, and GRC;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to create and interpret graphs;
• Strong communication skills in English;
• Diligent approach to work, with a high level of precision;
• Excelent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Enjoy teamwork, open minded personallity;
• Strong customer orientation and eagerness to find sustainable solutions.
