Join Our Team as a Software Quality Manager

We are looking for a Software Quality Manager to join our team and support global development efforts with a focus on ensuring software meets high-quality standards. If you're ready to play a key role in software quality assurance while collaborating with international teams, consider applying.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist development teams in achieving quality targets and maintain software assurance plans.
• Organize milestone reviews and assist teams in resolving issues, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor project activities and perform software audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage critical quality issues and identify potential improvements for processes.
• Coach and support project team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Address software quality concerns in production and maintenance phases.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• 2-3 years of experience in software development, testing, or quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Embedded Controller Applications, ASPICE, ISO 26262, and IATF 16949 standards. Knowledge of ASPICE PAM and PRM is highly desirable.
