Job Description

We are looking for a student or graduate with excellent communication skills, positive demeanor and a strong attention to detail to contribute to the overall success of the fast paced EMEA Talent Acquisition team at ADM.


In this role you will be working closely with the Campus Relations Lead to execute the campus strategy for the region, organize events and develop strong relationships with key universities. In addition you will learn on the job about various aspects of the Talent Acquisition function by working closely with our in-house experts. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, from day one you will be trained as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner and help with end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing, scheduling, system administration.





What will be your key responsibilities 

• 
  
  
• Support with university recruiting activities such as job fairs and other events related to recruitment and employer branding;
  
  
• Create and maintain, in collaboration with the appropriate departments visual materials for events;
  
  
• Support the team with developing relationships with key universities, trade schools and community colleges to support candidate flow for the ADM regional traineeship program;
  
  
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting on career websites, sourcing, CV screening, contacting candidates and data entry activity;
  
  
• Help the team to grow the talent pool of candidates through events and sourcing activities;
  
  
• Assisting in crafting attractive job advertisements;
  
  
• Support with scheduling interviews and book travel itineraries for candidates when required; 
  
  
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date and support system administration;
  
  
• Actively participate with ideas to process enhancement, system updates and team activities;
  
  
• Support with data gathering and assist with data analysis for process improvement projects.
  
  

What will make you successful

• 
  
  
• 3rd/4th  year students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology or related majors;
  
  
• Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition or similar is a plus;
  
  
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressure;
  
  
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the enhancement of the department
  
  
• Show creativity with a desire to learn and grow;
  
  
• Good communication skills in English;
  
  
• Good computer skills, experience in Microsoft office tools and strong with Excel and PowerPoint;
  
  
• Ability to work independent and to handle multi tasks;
  
  
• Ability to provide a positive candidate experience to all applicants;
