As a Team Assistant with German, you will efficiently manage travel expenses, book travel arrangements, process orders, handle sick leave notifications, and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations for the Marine Team."

How You'll Make an Impact

• Recording travel expenses
• Preliminary review of travel expenses (if employees record them themselves);
• Booking travel arrangements (possibly also support for international travel: BTAT, Visa, LEDA travel notification, etc.)
• Creating orders including goods receipt booking;
• Recording and controlling sick leave notifications;
• Ordering tenant ID cards and access rights on campus;

What you bring

• Completed job-related vocational training with several years of professional experience in an industrial company
• German language (fluent in spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Siemens internal tool landscape (SAP, Ariba, time management, travel tools, etc.)
• Flexibility, readiness for action, partnership, and curiosity
• Good team and communication skills
• Willingness to occasionally visit Germany to build a better relationship with colleagues
