We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage a team of 4–6 business coaches. This team plays a key role in developing commercial talent, guiding prospectors from day one until they are ready to join our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 4–6 coaches to meet performance goals.
• Align coaching efforts with business objectives and client expectations.
• Provide feedback and development opportunities to help coaches grow.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure coaching activities are performance-driven.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.
