Team Leader Electro-IT

What you’ll have to do:

✅Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve overall marketplace objectives by identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis;
✅Analyze performance data regularly to identify improvement areas and ensure alignment with marketplace goals;
✅Manage budget and financial performance, including weekly sales forecasts versus targets;
✅Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, including contract negotiation and annual growth planning;
✅Support partners in optimizing their portfolio and improving business performance;
✅Analyze partner offers for strategic campaigns and initiatives;
✅Work closely with Marketplace Product Managers to develop and enhance platform functionalities;
✅Collaborate with marketplace support departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., brand protection, security);
✅Participate actively in company-wide projects including finance, commission adjustments, and courier integrations;
✅Lead major campaign projects such as Black Friday and other large-scale sales initiatives;
✅Coordinate resources and activities to ensure successful execution and partner support during campaigns;
✅Monitor team activities to ensure alignment with objectives and operational efficiency.
