Team Leader Graphic Design As the Team Lead Graphic Design – Visual Commercial Content, you will be part of the Graphic Design Team, reporting to the Graphic Design Manager. You will be responsible for new design briefings between Product Content team to Graphic Design team, helping clarifying requests so designers can start. Additionally, you will be responsible for giving feedback to the designers on Product Content and Product Styling materials.     You will:   Team management: complete administrative tasks for the team members, lead and mentor them, hold performance evaluations and monitor their progress throughout the year. Team resource management: constant evaluation of team structure and strategy, communicate to manager any needs or roadblocks, lead recruiting from the Design Team side and onboard new team members. New requests in-take & coordination: evaluate new request, clarify where needed, help requester create new design briefing, and assign to responsible designer Design briefing: Support defining, creation and quality output of new projects between product content and graphic design. Design quality check: Feedback to designer, push quality to next level following the guidelines and design standards, daily image approvals to designers. Request content improvement for outdated or non-conforming product content imagery. Process ownership: expand and update our knowledge base (request templates, process documentation), overview of design templates. Project & Time management: Align with stakeholders and agree on a clear prioritization of the incoming tickets. Quality assurance: Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of design aesthetics and a drive to get the job done to high quality. Ability to clearly communicate design feedback and guidelines to designers. Effective communication skills in both oral and written English.
