What you will do in this role
As a Technical Customer Advisor on our team, you will:

  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations (ex. different issues regarding mobile devices, laptops etc.)
  • Manage multichannel interactions (., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
