- Calculate the quantity of the productions according to the application project,
- Prepare the progress payment report,
- Send the approved progress payment to the Accounting Department and keep a copy of the progress payment and invoice at the Technical Office,
- Survey, attachments, job approval form, record and keeping the originals of valuable documents at the Technical Office,
- Prepare monthly, weekly, daily activity reports,
- Revised explorations, process arising claims,
- Follow the performance and work of subcontractors,
- Control subcontractor progress payments and reporting regularly,
- Prepare construction site quantities related to the works received, to determine material needs and properties,
- Prepare records suitable for the archive system, making data entry,
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and key team members of the project team,
- Coordinate relations with partners, clients, and other stakeholders,
- Participate in periodical meetings with partners, clients, and other stakeholders and make translations from Romanian to English and English to Romanian,
- Make written technical and administrative (if required) translations from Romanian to English and English to Romanian,
- Carry out work following the applicable legislation on Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, the Organization’s procedures and instructions, and take the necessary measures.
