The Technician for Machines and Equipment is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of industrial systems and tools, ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of equipment and work processes. The role also focuses on team leadership, technical knowledge enhancement, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management

• Develop and manage the Maintenance Department to ensure the seamless functioning of machinery and equipment.

Spare Parts and Tools Oversight

• Oversee the management and proper utilization of entrusted spare parts, tools, and devices.

Technical Maintenance

• Ensure the technical condition and optimal performance of Savoy lines, identifying and resolving any issues.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for the entrusted equipment.

Continuous Improvement

• Enhance personal technical knowledge and implement strategies to optimize Savoy lines for improved efficiency and reliability.

Information Sharing

• Ensure timely and accurate communication of relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.

Team Qualifications and Development

• Manage and improve the qualifications of the assigned work team, promoting skill enhancement and growth.

Work Environment

• Maintain a positive working atmosphere and ensure the psychological well-being of team members.

Employee Support
