Job description:

• Installation, Configuration, Testing, Integration, and Operation of Telecom devices (2G/3G/4G/5G,)
• Installation, configuration and testing of Microwave/Router/Switches
• Installation, and testing of power supplies
• Installation, testing, and maintenance of telecommunications cabling (including electrical, optical, etc.), in both underground and overhead setups
• Organizes teams for meeting the objectives and timelines of the project
• Ensures work is executed in conformance with the company policy, as well as aligned to legislations and norms
• Responsible for the reception of devices and their installation/ configuration in target locations, including good use of the equipment assigned

Responsibilities:

• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematic designs.
• Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment
• Plans network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications, gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools, assessing the installation site and preparing an installation diagram in coordination with his team.
• Establishes voice and data networks by running, terminating, and splicing cables, installing telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, multiplexors, cable trays, and alarm and fire-suppression systems, building ironwork and ladder, racks, establishing connections, programming features, establishing connections and integrations, following industry standards, activating remote access tools and coordinating with contractors. Document network by labeling and routing equipment and cables.
• Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms, and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems
• Maintains a safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations of the Country/Region/Project
• Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testing network back-up procedures, and updating documentation.
• Ensure timelines of the execution and tasks complies with the functional and non-functional requirements of the project
• Carry out technical visits for establishing customer connection solutions in target locations
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis, organization, and rigor
• Good communication skills with good abilities for presenting complex problems or situations in a clear manner.
