Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.   The Telephony Expense Management (TEM) analyst is responsible for providing TEM services to the company's IT dept. The position entails end to end responsibility for the management of Wireless Telecommunication costs, working with the IT and telephony suppliers to resolve any related issues. Key duties include management of vendor relationships, report development and analysis, and responding to IT requests.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate telecom carrier services pricing model options and maintenance programs to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) while providing future flexibility for the company.    Track and manage costs of telephony wireless for the company.    Maintain strong relationships with IT Finance, partners, vendors and suppliers to ensure clear communication, quality delivery of services and the successful achievement of IT’s financial targets and compliance requirements.  Support the movement across IT globally towards standard IT processes which minimize telephony cost, improve service delivery of our suppliers, and boost effectiveness.    Support and maintain the TEM process inclusive of routine inventory with existing or new solutions.    SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE Stakeholder Management  Advanced command of English Advanced command of Microsoft Office Ticketing tool experience - nice to have   #LI-Hybrid   Molson Coors is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.  We’re an equal opportunity employer and invite applications from candidates of all backgrounds, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic. If you have a disability and believe you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or recruitment processes, please e-mail  [email protected] .
