The Telesales Representative will prospect, contact and promote company services to new and existing clients
Hunting: Identify new opportunities to promote and commercialize the company's solutions and services to new clients.

He/she will be in charge of:

  • prospecting the market through various available channels: databases, networking, media, recommendations
  • identifying new opportunities to promote the company's services by contacting potential clients (by telephone and / or by email)
  • informing other members of the department about the opportunities identified in order to define the best solutions for the client
  • qualifying leads and service presentations for prospective clients starting from the identified needs
  • negotiating specific contractual terms with potential clients in collaboration with the direct superior and in accordance with the applicable law and the company's internal procedures
  • preparing and providing analyses and reports on the identification of potential clients
  • participating in projects of interest to clients, partners
