Develop and implement telesales strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase sales, and meet monthly targets;

Oversee the Telesales Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance;

Monitor and evaluate telesales calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance;

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;

Track and report on telesales performance and present findings to senior management;

Lead by example and ability to motivate a team;
