Cerinte

- 2-5 years of professional experience in the following areas:

- Management and coordination of testing processes within software development projects

- Experience in coordinating all testing roles and testing responsibilities within a team

- Advanced knowledge of Software Testing methodology

- Experience in test planning, design and test strategies

- Proven experience with test management tools as Jira, ALM, QTest, Octane or similar

- Creation of required documentation depending on the projects and its phases

- ISTQB Certification

- Proficiency German and English - mandatory

- Bachelor or Master's degree

Responsabilitati

- Involvement in setting-up the testing team and test environment;

- Defining and implementing customer specific test management processes, representing test improvements and developments;

- Creation and implementation of Software Testing strategies;

- Test conception, planning and leading the execution of planned tests;

- Supporting the resource management process for project allocations;

- Elaboration and review of the test plans, reports, status tracking;

- Defect management;

- Training and Mentoring;

- Support tool selection, implementation and configuration of test management tools

- Coordination of test automation activities if required in a project setup
