We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Total Rewards Analyst based in Cluj-Napoca to join our TR team in EMEA.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the effective rollout, shaping, and continuous improvement of key Total Rewards programs. These programs are designed to drive business performance, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure our offerings remain competitive. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure that our Total Rewards programs align with the Company philosophy, organizational goals and are effectively communicated to employees. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and project management expertise, you will provide actionable insights, manage project timelines, and ensure the smooth execution of various Total Rewards initiatives, while striving for continuous program optimization and alignment with business needs.
What will you do in our team? ?
- Support the Annual Compensation Planning process: Ensure a smooth and timely execution of the compensation cycle, aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy, strategic goals, and budget.
- Manage Total Rewards projects: Oversee project timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with HR to ensure successful delivery of TR initiatives within scope and on time.
- Continuously improve TR programs: Assess and recommend enhancements to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and improve the overall employee experience.
- Provide strategic compensation guidance: Partner with HR business leaders to deliver compensation recommendations that support organizational goals, talent retention, and market competitiveness, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
- Become the go-to person for total rewards data related queries and analysis: Become a reliable partner for HR on any total rewards topic.
- Focus on self growth and development: keep an open mind and learn from all the different players will work with - the global Total Rewards team, the HRBPs, the HRIS team, the business management.
- Be innovative: bring your own ideas of improvements inside the team, look at each process and task with the goal of constantly improving it to bring more value to the organization.
- Own their job: approach your daily work with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the organization, the customers, and your development.
This role will provide the opportunity to further develop analytical as well as communication and relationship building skills, by offering a gradual exposure to the business management decisions to which the person will contribute with their analysis but also partnering directly with the HRBPs and the business providing expertise about the total rewards programs. Opportunities to grow either to a senior analytical position or to a business partner role.
