Position Summary
The Trade Marketing Manager at Ivatherm will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing trade marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement across various channels. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all trade marketing activities are aligned with the brand’s overall objectives and are effectively implemented in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans tailored to each retail channel, with a special focus on pharmacies, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Channel Management:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand the needs of different partners and develop customized trade programs that support sales targets and strengthen Ivatherm’s presence in key locations.
- Promotional Campaigns:
Plan, manage and execute in-store promotions, including special offers, displays, and product launches, ensuring timely execution and optimal visibility.
- Merchandising:
Work cross-functionally to create compelling point-of-sale (POS) materials and ensure that products are displayed in a way that maximizes impact and consumer engagement.
- Budget Management:
Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment for all trade activities.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, using sales data and retail insights to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations for future activities.
- Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (pharma distributors, both large and independent pharmacy chains, retail partners), acting as the primary point of contact for trade marketing-related matters.
- Market Research:
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, using insights to refine trade marketing strategies.
- Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated approaches to market execution.
