How you'll make an impact:
- Plan and deliver the end-to-end Training Delivery Co-host responsibilities.
- Communicate with NJX Meeting Organizers, MU Onboarding contacts, project leads, recruiters, and Global Onboarding HR Partners.
- You will be aligned with our Bucharest Learning Delivery Team and MU Onboarding contacts collaborating and executing the end-to-end Learning Delivery activities associated with New Joiner Experience (NJX).
- You will be working as a part of Learning Delivery team which supports the backend classroom training/VILT and Web Based trainings for Accenture employees/ External clients.
- In Learning Operations, you will be executing/overseeing activities such as live virtual session support, planning session delivery in collaboration with NJX Meeting Organizers, Learning delivery team and MU Onboarding stakeholders.
- In this role you are required to:
- Schedule NJX Teams meeting invites, sharing with New Joiners;
- Submit NJX session creation request in DST;
- Prepare and send out NJX communications on time to New Joiners;
- Manage breakout rooms in live session;
- Record attendance;
- Monitor main room chat for any participant questions/issues and directs to Virtual World tech support;
- Collaborate and align with Meeting Organizer.
