About The Role:
The aim of the Project Coordinator is to organize and manage the translation of documents between various languages. The Coordinator must ensure that the documents are translated within the deadline specified and manage multiple bookings at one time.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinating multiple projects at one time;Providing quotations to clients for their translation bookings;Using multiple systems and spreadsheets to coordinate bookings between clients and linguists;Identifying and scheduling an appropriate linguist to complete the booking;Ensuring the translated document is formatted according to client requirements;Keeping ongoing communication with clients and linguists via email and internal tools.
