Overseeing day-to-day translation projects, serving as the main contact between internal team, external vendors, direct and end client;
Analysing client information and resources available for deciding upon the best approach for each Translation project;
Coordinating and managing delivery of multiple translation projects to clients;
Accountable for project status, updating internal records, client relationships and ensuring that the quality and services provided always meet expectations;
Identifying new strategies, approaches or workflows with internal and external resources for continued improvement;
Attending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets;
Compiling and presenting reports & resource estimations on cost, services offered & translation activities;
Sourcing and management of linguists, and other language / marketing professionals involved in projects;
Quality assurance checking of translations;
Processing the financial details of each project, working closely with the Accounting and Legal department;
