Your Responsibilities:

Travel expenses:

  • Independent organization of travel expenses for our office and field staff
  • Initiating advance payments after approval by department management
  • Creating and checking travel expense reports
  • Creating master data in the travel expenses program Concur
  • Checking submitted receipts against legal regulations and internal travel expense regulations
  • Further processing of external field service timesheets for further invoicing
  • Re-invoicing the hours including ancillary costs (flight, hotel, hire car) to our customers
  • Creation of invoices via SAP


Administration:

  • Administrating Invoices approval tool and schedule payments.
  • Contact person for suppliers regarding Invoices and payment status
  • Support with various administrative tasks
