Job Description This role combines three key leadership responsibilities —  Scrum Master, People Lead, and Project Manager —to drive success across multiple teams in an Agile IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering Agile best practices, mentoring and managing team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, driving alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams. Our client is a trusted partner in the financial-banking sector in Germany, both in the public and private sectors who offers services for over 150,000 banking workstations and for more than 4,500 employees. It covers over 60% of banking sector in Germany. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Collaboration -> Design the project plan and set up the project delivery context by encouraging a collaborative environment and a shared vision for the project   Customer Profile & Reporting -> Review the customer profile to structure the project performance report and document assumptions   Resource Allocation -> Perform resource task allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements and the planned financial performance   Evaluation & Monitoring -> Continuously evaluate the plans, dependencies and monitor estimates, schedules, deviations    Adjustments & Milestones -> Propose adjustments to maintain the projected delivery objectives targets (DCR) while ensuring the customer sign-off for all milestones   Building Trust -> Promote an open and transparent environment between all the stakeholders involved (delivery team, client, client partners etc.)  Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a team leading role, ideally with a technical background ​ Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment  Leadership skills: manifest an emphatic approach, focus on people development, professional growth, support engagement and promote a sense of community    Experience in identifying the most suitable solutions in various contexts taking into consideration multiple alternatives, expected results and anticipated risks    Good knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology    Willingness to travel abroad for client meetings Spoken and written fluency in English and German Additional Information At Accesa you can Enjoy our holistic benefits program that covers the four pillars that we believe come together to support our wellbeing, covering social, physical, emotional wellbeing, as well as work-life fusion.
