Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions.
• Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and develop design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Translate complex processes into intuitive and accessible experiences.
• Present design solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design choices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
