• Produce, edit, and distribute high-quality video content tailored for various digital channels, with a focus on engagement and storytelling.
• Collaborate with local delivery teams to source video content ideas and collect insights to enhance content relevance.
• Stay updated on video production trends and techniques to improve content quality and reach.

2. Content Calendar & Local Marketing Initiatives (40%)
• Coordinate local marketing activities, including social media posts, campaigns, events, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with local market needs and regional objectives by collaborating with local Managing Directors and delivery teams.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Regional Director of Growth to align video and marketing content with the regional strategy.
• Partner with local Managing Directors to adapt content to local markets, ensuring relevancy and engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with local delivery teams to streamline production processes and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
