ROLE DESCRIPTION This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Video Bucharest team within the SES Customer Operations department, in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.  You will contribute to effectively managing and operating various supplier platforms and terminals deployed across the SES global environment and to monitoring and managing all network components in the provision of SES services.   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Video team to ensure L1 support, aiming to sustain service uptime with minimal degradation or outages as outlined in the Service Level Agreements (SLA). maintaining communication channels between internal and external stakeholders. Support on documenting, escalating, and reporting all events in a timely and technically appropriate manner.
