Key Responsibilities
Guest Interaction: Welcome guests warmly and provide a memorable experience through attentive and intuitive service that anticipates their needs.
Menu Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of our gourmet French menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens. Assist guests in their selections with confidence and professionalism.
Wine Service: Knowledgeably recommend wine pairings from our curated wine list, expertly serving wines following Relais & Châteaux standards.
Order Accuracy: Record guest orders accurately, relay details to kitchen staff, and ensure prompt and precise delivery.
Elegant Presentation: Set and maintain an immaculate table setup, clear and reset tables efficiently, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring every guest leaves delighted and eager to return.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting; experience with French cuisine is an advantage.
Knowledge & Passion: An understanding of French gastronomy, wines, and upscale service standards; a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Romanian is essential; knowledge of French is a valuable plus.
Professionalism: A poised and polished demeanor, with the ability to perform well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
