The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the similar field. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge in management of materials, storage and stock management, transport and logistic activities, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

The Logistic & Warehouse Coordinator responsibilities are:

• Is responsible for all warehousing activities, including the management of materials, semi-ready products and final products, storage and stock management, transport and logistic activities.
• Supervise Logistics Officer, Material & Storage Officers & Warehouse helpers and manage the workflow between them.
• Register and maintain a database of warehouse users, including warehouse agreement usage of external parties (subcontractors)
• Maintain updated warehouse software
• Notify his direct responsible about low stock, lost or damaged items and prepare loss/damage reports
• Preparation of monthly reports for SAF-T declaration
• Prevent tools damages and losses by proper procedure implementation
• Provide improvements that lead to more effective tools, materials and consumables usage
• Monitor and control project requirements, procedures and specifications in terms of material storage and management
• Supervise the organization of national and international transport, including necessary auxiliary loading equipment
• Is involved and cooperates with the transport company and Custom Agent for international transport
• Is involved and cooperates with the dedicated responsible for export invoice preparation and preparing partitions for export
• Timely notification of packing and transport company of planned shipments
• Supervise the packaging activities to meet project requirements in terms of quality and safety
• Supervise the organization of intermediary transport of the products, between storage and factory to and from Subcontractors Suppliers
• Supervise the transportation work within the storage, fabrication, and warehouse area
• Supervise and maintain an overview of transported goods to and from Subcontractors
• Supervise the activity of transportation of prefabrication and installation material, tools, equipment, and consumables by the technical and safety requirements
• Follows HSE rules
