Key Responsibilities & Activities

• 
  
  
• Oversee daily warehouse operations,
  
  including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
  
  
• Ensure efficient and timely picking,
  
  packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer requirements.
  
  
• Coordinate with other departments to
  
  prioritize orders and ensure timely delivery.
  
  
• Implement and maintain lean principles and
  
  5S standards to optimize warehouse layout and organization.
  
  
• Train and supervise warehouse staff,
  
  providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and adherence
  
  to safety protocols.
  
  
• Conduct regular inventory checks and
  
  reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
  
  
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to
  
  create a secure working environment for all warehouse employees.
  
  
• Identify areas for process improvement and
  
  implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  
• Discuss reports on warehouse performance,
  
  including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfillment
  
  rates.
  
  

Job Qualifications, Skills & Attitudes

• 
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in
  
  warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and 5S
  
  methodology, with experience implementing these practices in a warehouse
  
  setting.
  
  
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal
  
  skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  
  
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
  
  (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure and
  
  prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and
  
  attention to detail.
  
  
• Good knowledge of English language.
  
  Romanian language knowledge is a plus.
  
  
• Flexibility to work evening or weekend
  
  shifts as needed.
