Professional experience:

- ITSM Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), e.g., with tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.

- Design & Implementation Experience: At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Java or another object-oriented programming language.

- REST/SOAP API Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize integration solutions using webMethods.io.

- Support the implementation and management of the API Gateway.

- Provide technical consultation and analyze integration requirements.

- Test and debug integration workflows.

- Assist with monitoring and managing the integration platform.
