At our customer they weld structural steel for industrial buildings, parking garages or distribution centers. We ask you for the necessary craftsmanship and expect that you master Mig/Mag welding. Your work is very versatile: some construction works can be completed within an hour, but sometimes it takes three days. You always work individually on a product, but you work together with your colleagues in the same room.Key ResponsibilitiesMig/Mag Welding: Weld steel components to produce structural elements, ensuring high-quality, secure joins.Assembly and Fitting: Prepare and fit steel structures precisely, interpreting technical drawings as needed.Quality Control: Review completed welds for accuracy, durability, and safety, making adjustments as required.Team Collaboration: Work independently on projects while engaging with a collaborative team in the shared workspace.RequirementsAt least 5 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in Mig/Mag welding, with experience in structural steel work.Ability to interpret technical drawings for precise assembly and alignment.Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality craftsmanship.Flexibility to work on projects of different sizes and durations.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.What the company offersCorrect payment of a very good salary (€ 580 / € 650 net per week) in accordance with the collective labor agreement;Pension accrual at Stipp(+);Housing via Eming and according to the SNF standard (single room + Wi-Fi);Options for a company car;If necessary for your work, we provide (electrical) tools;Good quality work clothing;One contactperson;Health insurance through ZEM.At least A2-B1 level of English or German or Dutch language is required
