Qualifications

Studies:

• University ongoing (economic, management, administrative area)
• High school Diploma

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English and/or German (is an advantage);
• Good command of office tools and keen on using digital tools;
• Ability to work in a structured way;
• Proficient in team communication;
• Ownership of daily tasks.

• Supporting Controlling Department

• Internal reporting preparation;
• Support team in collection of information for operational topics;
• Review together with Team Leaders employee roles and accesses;
• Support development of the Team by helping Team Leads with different administrative tasks;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
