Job Description

o Performs the daily verification of invoices according to content: invoice date, course date, VAT, form format;
o Checks open orders;
o Provides support for the completion of statistical declarations and documentation for import-export operations;
o Performs material calculations;
o Provides support for indirect procurement activity;
o Performs local administrative activities related to fleet management, including the management of travel logs;
o Manages the activity regarding the monthly travel forms of colleagues / travel arranger;
o Receives, sorts and sends correspondence;
o Provides support in correspondence with external partners;
o Responsible for completing the physical and electronic archive (contracts, other legal documents);
o Supports colleagues in preparing reports, completing questionnaires.
