The Bosch Blaj Plant has been operating since 2007, being the first production unit opened by the Bosch Group in Romania. The road to excellence was initiated in Blaj in the industrial technology sector, subsequently consolidating into the production of sensors and electronic components for the automotive powertrain since 2013. Qualifications

• 2nd or 3rd year in a Technical University;
• Know-how for troubleshooting;
• Analytical thinking;
• Strong result orientation;
• Communication and collaboration skills;
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory- minimum B2.

Job Description

• Collects, updates, and organizes data on ongoing investments to ensure accurate tracking and reporting;
• Monitors and tracks orders progress, coordinating closely with all plant departments;
• Supports data gathering and organization for Monthly Business Reports;
• Assists in preparing regular budget presentations for review and approval;
• Ensures compliance with fixed assets guidelines in all reporting, tracking, and reuse activities;
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and tracking tools for better efficiency.
