Job Description

• Provides technical assistance in relation to Product Data Management - PDM and Change Management tools - ECR(Engineering Change Requests);
• Provides support/assistance to trainers;
• Performs PDM related tasks, assigned by the superior and/or provided by the customer, located in Blaj Plant, as well as those located externally;
• Support BljP Local Change Coordinators in multiple root cause analysis to detect deviations from standard processes (e.g. Change Management);
• Provides assistance during the preparation of summaries resulting from PDM processes, such as KPI reporting;
• Data processing is done using Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Power Point, Excel);
• Provides communication support between TEF10 and other counterparts in multiple functional areas (e.g.participation in face-to-face sessions resulting from ECR in BljP);
• Administrative activities;
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor on a temporary basis, specific to the position.
