Job Description

• Apply the standards and processes related to Compliance;
• Knows the internal signature rule and approval processes in the department;
• Provides support to buyers (PUR, PUE, PUQ) in daily activities;
• Prepares documents for bid requests;
• Prepares the general presentation of the results following the RfQ process;
• Operates in the SAP system;
• Maintains data in the system;
• Process invoice deviations;
• Start requests to create/exclude suppliers in the system;
• Start requests through Bonaparte;
• Maintains ISO certificates of Bosch suppliers in the system, monitors their validity;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the manager's agenda/calendar;
• Organizes meetings, events, trainings, business trips;
• Maintains data in Bosch Connect/Intranet/BGN.
