The Bosch Blaj Plant has been operating since 2007, being the first production unit opened by the Bosch Group in Romania. The road to excellence was initiated in Blaj in the industrial technology sector, subsequently consolidating into the production of sensors and electronic components for the automotive powertrain since 2013. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical, engineering, or related program (mechanical, electrical, or automotive focus preferred);
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and assembly processes;
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• Assist in the assembly and installation of specialized machinery and equipment for automotive production lines;
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical challenges during line buildup;
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly guides to ensure accurate setup;
• Perform quality checks to maintain high standards in line alignment and equipment installation;
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to company safety protocols.
