Working Student – Workforce Transformation & People Development About the Role Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Strategic Procurement Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) A snapshot of your dayAs a Working Student on the Workforce Transformation Team, you will be instrumental in helping us evolve the way we work in procurement at Siemens Energy. How You will Make an ImpactAssisting in the planning and rollout of new People Development initiatives that will help our procurement team work more efficiently Working alongside team members to help communicate changes and updates to the wider procurement departmentHelping to organize training sessions and materials to educate our teamProviding administrative support for various transformation projects, such as scheduling meetings and documenting project progressGathering and analyzing data on our current development processes to find ways to improve themDeveloping own ideas and active participation , in the organization of workshops or the creation of trainingsCreating and designing internal websites (SharePoint) to ensure data transparencySupporting creative communication activities such as newsletter articles, video creation or social media posting to inform procurement about important procurement topicsWhat You Bring Current studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) with a business administration, information technology, human or social science orientationInterest in the topic of cultural change, employee development and transformation as well as affinity for digital technologiesStrong interpersonal skills, creative, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personalityIndependent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity and team spiritAbility to effectively collaborate and build relationships with colleagues across multiple functions and locations Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); if you know another language, that's a bonus Facilitation and moderation skills & experience in workshop and training design is a plus
