This individual is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary for construction activities. The role involves managing a team of mechanics, technicians, and other workshop staff to ensure timely repairs, service, and efficient operations. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction workshop, including equipment repair, maintenance schedules, and overall workshop organization. Develop and implement effective workflow systems to ensure timely maintenance of construction equipment. Supervise the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of equipment, tools, and vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Ensure the workshop complies with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff, assigning tasks and overseeing performance.
