Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor's or master's degree focused on Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in managing projects, including monitoring project scope and budget, creating project schedules, managing resources, resolving issues, and reporting status.
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a strong asset.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience using MS Office with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to respond to constant changes and remain flexible.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiastic and adaptable team player, with a desire to work in an international team.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven, dynamic environment.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and "can do" attitude.

- Preparing and organizing project activity plans while ensuring the necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
- Managing the project budget in accordance with applicable internal procedures and the requirements of the funder.
- Coordinating project activities by directly supervising technical teams, consultants, and other collaborators involved.
- Monitoring progress against the proposed objectives and drafting monthly reports to funders, partners, and beneficiaries in compliance with the clauses provided in the contract.
