Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the design, construction, and maintenance of bridges.
Develop and implement bridge design plans, specifications, and construction methods.
Conduct structural analysis and design calculations for bridge projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (European and Romanian Legislation for bridges), including health and safety regulations.
Work closely with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure that all requirements are met.
Review and identify any potential issues or concerns.
Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of the project.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard.
Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to senior management.
Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, including site supervisors and construction workers.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
Knowledge of structures in precasted beams, boxed girders, steel deck and/or mixed structures.
Requires knowledge in the Civil building’s construction (structure, architecture, hydraulics skills).
